Problem with sync with SharePoint after adding another shared email to user profile

Hey Guys,
 
     We're using SharePoint 2010.  One of our users has run into a snag - he was able to sync with a SharePoint list until he added another shared email account to his outlook profile.  Now it throws SharePoint list <list name> cannot be found contact SharePoint admin error.  It works if he deselects “Use Cached Exchange Mode”, but that causes some real latency.  Anyone ever run into this?  Ideas?
