I was using Hotmail for my business email. It was set up by a friend and we do not use "@hotmail.com" or "@outlook.com" in our email address. We have our own email address and I don't know how my friend set it up. We have been using
it for 3 years with no issues - at all! One morning in March 2013 we got on to work and it was an Outlook email account, instead of a Hotmail account. After using it for a month like this, it suddenly stopped receiving emails on Tuesday, April 16th, 2013.
(Don't know if the date is significant, or not.) I don't know what the email server is for Microsoft Outlook, or I would try setting up the account, again. I don't know how to find out. Can anyone help? Thank you! sfmava
