Hello,
I have a user who is unable to preview an appointment that was sent from an outside vendor in .ics format. I had the user send me the same appointment and I get the same error - "This file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it." We have 4 other users who can preview it fine. If I double click on the appointment it goes in to the appointment to allow the user to "accept" or "cancel" and so on. Which to me is fine but I'm sure the user will want to know why the preview works for some and not others.
Is there some sort of plugin I need to install?
