Folks, not sure where to go here. Our email is hosted and recently I upgraded our office PCs to Windows 7, no issues at all. Our hosted email environment we've been using for probably 6+ yrs, no issues.
Since upgrading to Outlook 2013, I've noticed some of our mailboxes show Unread Messages as a different number than what is Unread under Favorites. I've read the articles regarding running SCANPST for Outlook 2013. The remaining issue is with one user and no one in our office has had any Windows, Application or Network issues. This one user, I have run SCANPST on her .OST 13 times already, almost back to back and continue to find issues, I've made the bak up files and it continues.
With running SCANPST as many times as I've had, how many more times do I have to run it to correct whatever the issues are? There has to be something seriously going on here. I've even excluded Trend Micro from scanning .OST and .PST files. Yet Unread counts do not match and cached email addresses are starting not to populate once again... Someone please HELP. Also I have had to schedule a few of our PCs for reboots a few times a week. Seems like there are Outlook.exe memory issues as well.
** also the cache email addresses seem to start having issues once again. Where she does have to type some of the email addresses again, they don't save. What is going on? She is on a new PC, all of us are on the same version of Outlook and none of us have any issues. I really appreciate whatever insight anyone can provide.
