We have a user who's company has two different forests and two different Exchange Servers. Both server Forests are at functional level 2008 R2 and are running Exchange 2010 with the latest SP.
Outlook 2010 gave us the ability to add multiple Exchange Accounts to one profile but the Offline Address book isn't working for either account correctly. We make updates and they are either delayed or never show up.
If we manually update the OAB it usually updates. If both accounts are set to Non-cached mode there is no problem, but the user's can't work offline....
Our research so far has said this is an known limitation of Outlook 2010. Does anyone know if this has been resolved with 2013?
