Outlook 2010. Recurring meeting time off by 5 hours, what is the problem?

I am a delegate with full rights to schedule appts for my boss.  We were both on 2007 OUtlook thru a Go Daddy cloud server.
After upgrading to the newest Office 2010 via Go Daddy, on a new laptop, i noticed a few reoccuring meetings seem to be changed to random times instead of their scheduled time. For instance, I have a meeting scheduled for 9 am on Mondays with a group of individuals;  however, it's showing on my calendar at 2 pm.  On other people's calendar who also have the meeting invite, theirs reads the correct time, including the owner of calendar.  it has been random reoccurring appts...not all of them.  When i went back to my desktop where i still have OUtlook 2007, it is in it's proper time/location.  just on my laptop it's incorrect.  This is a major issue because i have scheduled over a few time slots not realizing the appts had moved on my view.

I have checked that the calendar is correct in the server connecting to his outlook using the web portal. when I reopen Outlook after deleted all still show the calendar wrong. It does not match with what is on the server.  I have checked out webmail, i have reinstalled Outlook 2010, i have reset calendar views...not sure what next step is besides going back to 2007

What else can I do? HELP PLEASE
