Outlook 2010 New e-mail Set-up Error 0x80070002

Symptom: New installation/activation of Office 2010. Outlook opens and starts e-mail config wizard - continue with manual set-up, enter pop, smtp, etc. information, Test Account Settings appears to work fine, but when I click on "Next" it throws unknown error: 0x80070002 and quits. Able to run Outlook without setting up e-mail and successfully imported items from old (2007) PST file, just can't add any e-mail accounts.

Environment: Brand new, out-of-the-box Toshiba Satellite i7, 6 GB RAM Win7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1 with all updates applied. Office 2010 Home & Business successfully activated from installed 2010 trial version that came with machine. (32-bit)

Other: Tried 2 Office repairs AND created new Outlook profile with same results.

MGADIAG.exe results: runs, but any attempt to use the "Copy" button to post results here yields error: "Failed to create output files, hr = 0x80070002. Please contact support." (Recurring theme going here). Here are a couple of shots that may help:

Thanks in advance for your response and help.

Update: ProduKey showed different Win7 product key than sticker on bottom; changed Win7 product key - successful activation. Fully uninstalled Office 2010 & rebooted; downloaded Office 2010 Home & Business from MS site, installed and successfully activated. Ran MGADIAG.exe and successfully copied - here are results:
