Using OR when organising with conditional formatting

Is it possible to use OR ( may be AND, but don't have a use case at the moment ) when defining a condition for Conditional Formatting? For example if I want to create a single rule where I can specify a From Field with UserA OR UserB, apply the following font definition.

I have searched on the net, including this forum but haven't found anything yet.
