Hello

My previous employer used Lotus Notes. Been using it for the last 7 years.

@ my new job we are using Outlook 2010.

I miss 3 features so far and I would like to know if there are alternatives in Outlook or how these things are done with 0-2010

1-"All Documents" Folder : Lotus Notes has an option called "All documents' it will show all your mails regardless of in which folders they are in. This allowed me to see all current mails in Lotus and select all to archive or other actions.

2-"Send and File" option : Lotus Notes has an option to select which folder you want to save your sent email upton clicking send and file. Once clicked it opens a tree window where you can select in which folder you want to save your sent email ( it will be saved in the "sent folder" AND the folder "customer A" you select )

3-"Type icon" in the folder : In every folder email are classified by type : sent and received. The emails youve sent have a small envelope next to them. Anyway I can also have this view with outlook ?

rry for bad english and thanks for the help :D
