I've been experiencing this for some time, and haven't managed to find a solution. In Outlook 2013 when the Junk Mail Reporting Add In is installed, and a junk message arrives (for example into a hotmail.com/outlook.com account)... you would normally click"Junk" and the message would be sent to the Junk box and forefront would be notified.
Now, when I select that button, it pops up "The messages you are reporting cannot be reported as junk"... doesn't move the message. Yet, I get a confirmation of submission from Forefront security.
Has anyone managed to resolve this? or even experienced it?
