Outlook 2013 x64 not searching cached email...

I am using Outlook 2013 x64 on Server 2012. Outlook search returns no results searching from every mailbox.

In outlook, under search tools, If I select Indexing status I get a dialog with the heading "Indexing Status" that states "Loading..." which never completes.

I work with large datasets so I can't use the x86 version. I have two exchange accounts (.ost files), four exchange ActiveSync accounts and one IMAP account.

I have the Windows Search service set to automatic (delayed start)

Control Panel Indexing Options shows less than ten thousand items indexed. I have rebuilt the index several times to no avail. Under advanced settings I have tried changing the file type for ost files to index Propertiesand File Contents, but it doesn't seem to matter. On rebuilding the index I get the following Application event entries...

ID:36 Warning Source:Outlook (One of these for each mailbox I am trying to index)
Search cannot complete the indexing of your Outlook data. Indexing cannot continue for C:\Users\(Me)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\(mailbox_name).ost (error=0x8094085b). If this error continues, contact Microsoft Support.

I have run sfc /scannow on my machine (per this thread) which returns: Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. The log file shows only "info" entries. Although there are a lot of info entries mostly about permissions.
