I'm setting several Windows 7 + Office 2010 test boxes and everyone I've setup after you run close Outlook 2010 you get a message box that says
"NormalEmail.dotm was being edited by another Word session. If you save this document with the original name, you will overwrite any changes made in the other session"
"Do you want to save the document using the original name anyway [yes] [No] [Cancel] [Help]"
If you actually click Yes no what where you point to and click Save and it just pops back up and asks you to save. No and Cancel make it go away.
How do I stop this and how do I stop this for all user's?
