Office 2010 and RSS Feeds

Using RSS feeds via Outlook, the RSS feeds are NOT forwarding to my phone Outlook/email when Outlook laptop is closed. Please note, regular email is still forwarded. I have tried setting up a new mail setting and syncing off-line. That doesn't solve the problem.

Again, the problem lies within RSS feeds only and Windows 8 phones.
