outlook cannot open a new form

we installed office 2013 and we are facing an issue in outlook. When SharePoint 2007 OOTB workflow sends a mail to the user with the "Open this task" link on the top bar or on the ribbon, the user receives this error message

"outlook cannot open a new form. One or more required custom controls in this form cannot be created."

Task can be approved from SharePoint UI with no error, therefore I assume the issue is against the form in outlook side
