We use Exchange 2010 SP1 with latest CU.
Some clients use Office 2010 some 2013.
We had some problems with a pop-up window for credentials only on 2013 outlook clients.
We have found out it starts appearing when Outlook 2013 clients wants to download OAB.
Downloading mails from Outlook 2013 client was ok, downloading OAB was a problem with a pop-up.
We searched for the solution for downloading oab pop-up credentials window, but we have never found any solutions for this.
We have decided to delete offline address book on Exchange 2010.
Now we need that OAB back, soo we have recreated it today on exchange2010, but the problem is if a OUTLOOK 2013 clients goes to MENU

DOWNLOAD ADDRESS BOOK
there is no offline address book shown there
You can only download GAL, but even there error message appears if you choose that

Even if I close Outlook2013/LYNC2013, delete Offline address book folder inside C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook the error remains the same.
