Outlook 2013 makes a machine hang

I wish I could capture more information from OL to explain it but opening it would make my machine hang.

I used scanpst.exe to scan the 1GB pst file and got the following:

Then I used disk check ( Right-click drive E > Properties > Tools > Check) and got the following:

I used scanpst.exe again, but got the same error.

I started Windows 8 in safe mode and got the same results.

Any tip will be greatly appreciated. That Outlook has all my business accounts.
