This started happening a couple of years ago on my new Windows 7. At first I just deleted them and they would be all gone. In a few months, it would happen all over again. I'm on Satellite and it began to use up all of my FAP for the
day, then for the month. You could not not stop it in the middle of the down load either. I just got a new computer with Windows 8 and it started up with all of my emails on HotMail and on Hughes.net since 2011. On the mail account, I could
not delete them. I put Hughes.net on Outlook and I could delete them from there......but Hughes.net stayed on Mail as well and I could not delete them from there. On Hotmail, I could delete nothing. It would shut Mail down when I tried.
I had 3,960 emails on Hughes.net and probably as many on Hotmail. My Gmail quit receiving mail. I bought 2 explanatory books for my Windows 8 and they do not address the issue.
