I need help with a problem i that i do not understand.
In Outlook 2007 used by one of our users we see more that 20 Spamfolders inside the deleted items folder. First of all we do not understand were these folders come from, but when we try to delete the folders we receive an access denied message. It also say's that the folders can be removed after we synchronize with the Exchange server, however this doesn,t work.
As far as i can see, the user has all nessesary permissions.
This is the setup. We have 1 mailbox called "binnendienst" 2 different users with their own profile working inside this mailbox using Outlook 2007. 1user has no problems, but the second user has problems with the spamfolders inside the deleted items folder.
We use Windows SBS2008, with Windows 7 x62 Pro and Office 2007. As an example i send a pincture of the deleted items folder.
Can somebody help me understand and solve this issue?
