outlook hung when users try to open an email in resource mail box and apply category, resource mailbox is used by service desk and opened by multiple users using their mailbox.
This issue happens for new mails that come in so its not a corrupted mail issue i guess.
Issue: when ever new mails come in users will open the email and apply category their outlook hung.
current work around: open email close it and apply category
could you please suggest what could have caused this? i tried moving the mailbox to different server no luck. OWA works just fine.
i am stuck :(
