Outlook 2010 Contacts Linked To Access 2010

Here is my scenario. I have linked the outlook contacts to my Access application. When I create a new contact/modify in the application, some fields (such Business Address City) are not updated in any of the contact views of Outlook. When I open the details form of the contact and click on the "Business..." button, this entry appears there. On closing and saving the details form, this field is now populated with the correct entry.

How can I make sure that all fields are automatically populated in any of the contact
views of Outlook when I create/modify the contact in the application?
