Outlook 2010 - New email spontaneously opens when hovering above contact

We have a irritating bug in Outlook 2010; whenever we send a template e-mail and after that we open another email and hover above the "to" person for 2 seconds automatically a new email opens to that person.

But here there is no normal answer from Microsoft itself, only a way to stop the whole hover option in Outlook and it looks like this doenst work in combination with Windows XP SP3 and Outlook 2010.

We use:
Windows XP SP3
Office 2010 Professional Plus SP1
