Outlook 2010 performance issue

Hi there,
One of the users is having intermittent Outlook performance issue in general, we've noticed this particular user's Outlook takes a long time when choosing recipients from the Address book in To: , Cc: fields when sending emails (the contacts from either Global address book or Personal address book), The user doesn't select receipients from the Outlook cache, the suggested contact is disabled. 

The other times, the Outlook takes long time to open emails, and attachments within the email.

Other users in our Organization are not experiencing the same issue. We are unable to re-produce the problem but it occurs quite a few times through out the day.

Software used:
Outlook 2010 professional SP1  32-bit installed on Windows 7 professional – 64bit
Exchange 2003, SP2 Standard edition

Troubleshooting steps taken so far as follows:
•      Replaced computer, different hardware and different image
•      Switched the computer network connection to a different network port on the switch
•      No issues reported on the Exchange server, nothing related to this particular user's mailbox
•      No other 3rd party add-in installed in Outlook other than eDOCS Document management software which all users have installed
•     Using Sophos anti-virus (same policy as all other users, no error reported in Sophos logs)
•     No errors reported in the event log
•     We don't use roaming profile, Outlook is online mode with Exchange (no cache mode).
