Trouble: Outlook 2010 xxx_xx_hotmail.ost is not an Outlook data file.

Hi Guys,

I need your help! 

Problem: I can not open the outlook 2010.  I also use Windows Live mail and Thunderbird before, now I want to use Outlook to replace the others.

Background: Win7 OS. Office 2010, all rights reserved. 

The setup and results are showed as follows.

I have tried the solutions as follows:

1. Start-> type; outlook.exe /resetnavpane. -- Failed
2. Go to Start > Regedit
   Locate HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem
   Delete the Profiles key under the Windows Messaging (Subsystem) key.
   --Failed

3. -Delete the .ost files in: C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
   -Delete the Profiles key under the Windows Messaging (Subsystem) key (solution No.2)
   and
   -Delete the Profile in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Mail Setup\show profiles
   And then I Create a new Profile.
   --Failed
