With Outlook 2013 I am finding my mail profile gets corrupted every few weeks. At first I thought it was a problem with the use of roaming profiles on my domain. So I disabled roaming profiles and created a completely new user. I am still using redirected folders (which should not effect the mail profile which I believe is in the registry) but I am still having this problem.
Usually I just can't start Outlook. At the moment I've lost all my RSS feeds (which are in the common feed list). I monitor a dozen email accounts, both POP and IMAP so wiping and recreating the mail/outlook profile is a real pain.
This Office 2013/Windows 8 combination has been a disaster.

Hi,
Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community.
I would need more information on the issue:
1. How many email accounts are configured in Outlook?
2. How many PST files are opened in Outlook?
3. What are the types of email account configured?
4. What is the size of PST files opened in Outlook?
5. How do you know that the profile is corrupt?
6. Do you receive any error message in Outlook?
7. Provide us the event viewer logs when the issue occurs:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/What-information-appears-in-event-logs-Event-Viewer
Also since the system is on domain, check if the issue is caused by group policies. For better suggestions you may also post your query in the forum link motioned:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/outlook/threads
Provide us more information on the issue to help us assist you further.
Thank you.

1) 1) 10 accounts
2) 2) 3 pst files
3) 3) 2 pop accounts (pst files); 8 imap accounts (ost files); 1 data file (pst)
4) 4) Largest pst file is 20,155kb
5) 5) Usually Outlook won’t open, reports bad data files, repairing doesn’t help; At the moment symptom is loss of all RSS function. I have 21 RSS feeds in the CFL, all were being updated in outlook and stored in the first pop account/pst file created. After about a week of function, suddenly Outlook stopped updating. A look at the RSS feed list in “accounts” showed NO entries. Tried adding them manually, the do appear and update but disappear the next time Outlook is closed and then opened. Also, unable to direct RSS feeds to any data file other than one for first account added to profile. Cannot use existing. Cannot create new.
66) 6) Only the unable to open message on open.
7) 7) These problems seem to occur when the client Windows 8 computer loses connection with the domain controller (once again, I have a domain system with a Windows Server 2012 domain controller, I use redirected folders, I DO NOT use roaming profiles). There are random, short term connection errors indicated in the event logs and Outlook makes entries like, detected a catalog checkpoint; profile in use, needs to be unloaded; ost file being re-pushed to the indexer due to newly created store; ost file, has detected a catalog rebuild. These all seem related to sync issues when there is a loss of connection between domain controller/redirected files host and client.
I I d I did see similar problems, but very rarely under a Windows Server 2008 R2/Windows 7 environment but they are very common now that I’m upgraded to Server 2012/Windows 8.
