We have an Assistant that needs to be able to control meetings/invitations for the Boss. What is the best way to achieve this?
Currently, the Assistant has permission to see and edit the Boss's calendar. However, when an new or updated appointment email comes into the Boss, the Assistant doesn't know about it. The Boss does NOT want the Assistant to see the Boss's emails...just be notified if something comes in related to an invitation/meeting.
This is Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010.
