Outlook 2013 When I resize Mail window it changes Calendar window

In Outlook 2013 I have resized my Mail window so that its how I like.  I then go to Calendar and resize the window so that I can see 2 months, this requires for me to move the bar to the right, however when I go back to Mail its now resized. Is there any way that you can resize the window differently for Mail, Contacts, People, Tasks, Etc..
