We currently use Office 2013 on our terminalserver (Server 2008 R2). Upgraded from Office 2010. We all have access to the same exchange account. There seems to be the fault because Outlook crashes when this exchange is configured. We added a new folder with rules about 2 month ago. It seems that Outlook crashes, when it tries to sync this folder or the included mails.
What I tried so far:
- other exchange accounts work fine
- all sessions are affected (local administrator & users)
- addons deactivated, still crashing
- moved mails from the faulty folder to another
- Outlook web-access works fine, altough the error causing folder
- our Exchangehost told us to check Outlook, they can't find any faults
- deleted PST, startet new sync
- created new Active Directory User and set up exchange account
Unluckily I can't do a backup of this account and delete the folder / account without more effort.
