Laptop - HP8560p - Windows 8 64bit - Office 2013 - Lync Client 2013
I can't put my finger on when this started happening. Roughly once every 2 days when I'm typing a new email or typing a reply, I'll be in the middle of typing and the screen will freeze for 2-3 seconds and I get a message that pops up on my task bar (lower
right) stating "Application OUTLOOK.EXE has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware". I check event viewer and there is a (Warning\Display\4109) and this same message. This only happens when typing in Outlook. It happens when I'm docked and
un-docked. Never happens using any other program or when idle.
I have uninstalled my display adapter (AMD Radeon HD 7400M series) and then installed the latest drivers from HP. Problem still continues. It doesn't happen frequently enough to be a major issue but it's rather annoying. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
