I have a number of personal folders set up to file emails I wish to keep, and have the folder options for auto archive set to OFF. Suddenly, some of the folders are missing ALL of the saved messages, while other folders are fine. It appears
that about 30% of my saved emails are missing. It does not relate to the age of the messages being old - in fact, the folders that are missing all the messages are the folders that I use most frequently; the ones I hardly touch are just fine. I
am unable to find my .PST file on my computer; does the message cache get stored in the cloud with Office 365?
