Rules: Is it possible to export rules into readable format?

Hi,
please do you know about possibility to export / convert exported rules in Outlook (on Exchange server or Outlook local rules) into some text (not binary) form. I do not need to have possibility to import it back. I just want some text file (XML, TXT…) that can be easily read and person can go through all his rules without need to use Rules dialog.
