I am using a lot of rules in the Outlook. Outlook is connected into Exchange. The default maximum size of all rules in one mailbox on Exchange server is 64k. I changed it to maximum allowable size 256k but I suppose that one day I will reach this maximum.Please do you know about possibility to measure current size of my rules? I am suing Office 365 so I can use Admin Panel and PowerShell to manage Exchange and of course I can use Outlook.
I was wondering convert some my rules to client form. Client (local) rules are working only in Outlook and usually it is only rules with actions that are unsupported by Exchange. But it is not problem to made client rule from any server rule (you can check Only in the computer in the rule became client). Please do you know are the client rules counted in size of all rules? I am not sure about that but I think that client rules are synchronized between all Outlooks (unfortunately I cannot check it) so they are probably also counted into maximal size.
