Import a custom form into Outlook 2010 form an iPad

I have created a custom Contact form in Outlook 2010 that does not use any non-standard Outlook Contact fields. I want to create a form on an ipad that will allow the following:

• Mimic the fields on the Outlook form
• I can use to read any existing Outlook contacts for update or review
• Add/Upload new contacts to Outlook via my iPad form

The form on my iPad will be identical to the Outlook Custom Form. How would I transfer the contact information to/from the iPad to Outlook 2010? Any help, advice or guidance would be most appreciated.
