I have a customer who operates a number of different companies from the same computer, and uses outlook 2010 for all her emailing.
I created a email message template for each company as she requested. I also created a new tab in Outlook, where buttons are placed for easy access to these templates. What I can't figure out is how to get the different logo's for these companies on to the respective buttons, so that she can visually recognize the button she needs to use. I assume I would need to create an icon from each logo, and then somehow save it in the existing list of icons which pops up when renaming a button before it appears on the ribbon. The question is, how do I get that icon to appear in that pop-up so that it can be selected for the button?
