I have a strange situation where users experience a lack of search results when cached mode is enabled, when disabled search results populate correctly and without error, quickly too.
Ost file location is default, as is search policies no obvious logs to indicate any search / indexing issues, only thing noticed was the number of items indexed does not anywher near match what is in the ost file. However rebuild of index does not change the result.
Anyone had this?
