The meeting cannot be found in the calendar

I have a user using Outlook 2010 with Exchange 2010 on Windows 7 64 bit.

This user received an email with a .ics attachment, when she opens the ics attachment she cannot save the meeting to her calendar. The calendar preview window will show with the time slot the meeting is suppose to be in but will say "The meeting cannot be found in the calendar." Saved the attachment and tried to run it from the desktop but get the same thing. Copied the same ics file to my machine that has the same setup with Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2010 and the ics file adds to my calendar with no problem. I have cleared the Outlook secure temporary folder, renamed the old frmcache.dat file, recreated the exchange profile in the mail settings. Are there any other suggestions before I uninstall and reinstall Office?
