When browsing my outlook.com (formerly hotmail) email, there is an icon that appears to the right when you hover the mouse over any message. The flag icon is always showing. The one I am interested in is the "Mark this message as read" shortcut. This enables me to mark it read without actually clicking on the message. Its nice in that I can have the reading pane/preview panel on, and yet mark a message as read if I don't want to click/activate the message (and thereby generate any potential "read or open notifications", pull any html content in, etc...).
Is it possible to get this icon into Outlook 2013 or 2010?
