Quick Contact now found in to do bar

HI,

I had office communicator in To do bar in office 2010. Today I do not found it. Normal options is not there in  To Do Bar.

I found only Off, Tasks, Calendar, People in the To do bar.

Please help me in getting the Communicator in Outlook
