I have a problem with one of my user's mailbox. Email was setup on SBS 2011 and clients are Outlook 2010. They were on Gmail so imported the mail from the old PST into the mailbox and it all looked fine. Got a phone call this morning saying that when they open up some of their folders the email just starts disappearing before your eyes! Had a look myself and cannot see a pattern for which ones it is removing. If you change to another folder it stops but when you go back in it starts removing them again. Have tried outlook.exe /resetnavpane which does nothing and the mail has disappeared also when i look at it in OWA. Thought that it might be moving stuff into the online archive but nothing there either. So then tried reimporting the mail from the old PST which then shows but again it starts disappearing before me. Anyone seen this before?
