Outlook 2010 Grouping Email Wrongly

Hi

Please find attached the snapshot to see the Outlook is grouping the email wrongly

Settings In Place: grouped by conversation

Issue1: wrong data grouping

Issue2: wrong recipient grouping

the highlighted mails belong to either previous week or much before but they have been grouped as todays conversations and grouped two different mail recipients (Richard & Glenn) and if you look further below all emails from Glenn were recieved prior to 18-Sep and Richard's email was recieved today 21-Sep
