Hello, one of my users is having a reoccurring problem with Outlook crashing. This was happening on their previous computer and is now happening on their new computer.
Basic specs on the computer, Dell OptiPlex 9020, Windows 7 Pro SP1, Core i7, 16GB ram, Office 2010 Professional Plus.
I have done new Outlook Profiles, new Windows profiles, a complete rebuild of a new computer. She will be working in Outlook, it will freeze and then shut down. There are two entries in the event viewer.
Event ID 1002, Application Hang
The program OUTLOOK.EXE version 14.0.7169.5000 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
