Unable to add PST file to Outlook 2010 on 2008 R2 Terminal server

Hello,

   We have a client who has recently upgraded their file server to a
new one with a different name. So now all their PST files are in a new
location. The problem we are having is they get the following error when
clicking Add on the Outlook Data Files screen.

an unknown error occurrred, error code: 0x80070043

After researching the issue I came across the following link

i tried modifying the key
mentioned to point to the new server PST file location but still get the
error. I have even tried deleting the key all together but no luck. So
before this becomes a major issue I thought I would
ask the question to see if anyone else has come across this error.
