I have Windows 7 Home Premium and Office 2010 Professional. I set my options on outlook to automatically tell me 15 minutes before an event occurs. I will set the event and see that the default is to remind me 15 minutes before the event.
When I check the event later in the same day, it will automatically turn itself from "Reminder:15 minutes" to "Reminder: None." I have missed important appointments and court hearings over this malfunction and cannot find a single forum that addresses
this topic. Please help!
