I checked the information available on this http://blogs.technet.com/b/office_resource_kit/archive/2009/11/20/how-to-import-outlook-data-files-pst-the-files-formally-known-as-personal-folder-files-pst.aspx?CommentPosted=true#commentmessage
It says there is magic but I do not see it. I saved my email to a pst file (about 250 meg worth) and now I need to import it. It picked up some of the files, but the important ones are in the folders and I don't have them now. Is there a secret method for importing files that excludes "magic"?
While here, I thought it important to say that after several hours I found the new way to import files - more like it was in 2003... I guess I am not the only one who disliked the big round button. Anyhow, since I already imported the file, it now says: The Outlook data file (.pst) is already in use in the current profile"
I am looking for the files that were in the FOLDERS. Why did the import fail to get my FOLDERS back?
