Hello,
This is my first post so forgive me if I miss something out!!
In our business we're running exchange 2007 sp3 with an outlook 2010 client. We're about to move from an old bespoke third party application to outlook for all of our calendar and diary arrangements.
In the old app it used to be possible to see whole weeks’ appointments via coloured blocks, similar to outlook, except one week is shown on one screen with no need for scrolling. However in outlook itself I can’t seem to find a way of replicating this view in the "schedule view of outlook 2010", as the zoom tool will only resize down to 90%, therefore not showing a whole week but a day and a half.
It is possible to achieve what I want by going to new appointment>Scheduling Assistant, and I can of course scroll along the list.
However if there is a way of getting the schedule view to show the whole week in one screen that would be great, as I can envisage a fair amount of moaning from users because "it’s not the same as it used to be!"
Thank You in advance for any help you can provide.
J :-)
