Hi all. We are running Exchange 2010 with SP1, client were running Office 2010 in our environment. Recently 2 of the users complains they are no longer able to modify and save their re-occuring meetings in Outlook 2010. When they've modified the re-occuring meeting (time change, participanat change, room change, etc.), and try to send the updated meeting, Outlook responded with the message "Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid" (Event ID: 25). This message also logs in Event Log, yet no further information available for further troubleshooting. I've recreated the user Outlook profile, disabled the add-in in Outlook; re-assign user permission to the calendar; none of this solve the problem. The odd thing is, if the user create a new re-occuring meeting, they are able to modify the newly created meetings without problem. Currently the only way for the user to modify the existing re-occuring meetings is to access their email account through OWA. Not sure if you guys ever had this problem and got a solution for it, any input is appreciated. Thank you.
