Relateive email tempalte path not working in Outlook 2013

Hi ,

We have upgraded from Office 2010 to Office 2013 in Windows 7 x64 Sp1

We  set users email template using custom GPO with Relative path of "Stationary" Folder of the users

in Outlook 2010 it was working fine and took the email template path , But in Outlook 2013 its not working. Path isC:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Stationery\%username%.htm

However its working in outlook 2013 if I gave full path or Absolute path .
