Has anybody seen this strange behaviour before?:
Outlook 2010 on Windows 2003 Terminal server.
When a user opens Outlook, you have multiple Tabs with a ribbon: File - Home - Send/Receive - Folder - View
All the tabs with their ribbon work fast, except the "Send/Receive" tab. When a user clicks the "Send/Receive" tab the "Send/Receive" ribbon comes up with a delay of 20-30 seconds.
When the tab is selected, is there a process going on the background? why does the "Send/Receive" take 20-30 seconds to appear?
When i log in with a admin account and configure outlook, the "Send/Receive" ribbon is fast, so it is only slow with regular users, is this a user rights problem on a file, if so which one?
