Outlook 2010; Unable to use cached exchange mode

Connect Outlook Anywhere with Outlook 07  on Exchange 2003 (SBS) edition with no problems.  Downloaded Outlook 2010 on different computer, was finally able to get configuration where Outlook Anywhere will connect under Outlook 2010.  However as soon as I enable cached exchange mode and restart Outlook it hangs with "Looking For credential Tiles" message. Also tried setting up new profile with cached exchnage mode initially enabled and get the same message.  Outlook 2010 works fine without cached mode enabled?
