Outlook 2007.
1. User A is the organizer of a meeting (maybe reoccurring)
2. Invitee accepts invitation (i.e. User B)
3. User B declines one of the meetings
4. User A receives User B's decline
5. User A opens the decline email and goes to calendar from the email to delete the meeting
6. Calendar opens up, User A Cancels the meeting and Click Send Cancellation
6. Closes calendar
7. Deletes User B “decline” email (from step 3)
8. Outlook restarts
