Issue Responding to Meetings as a Delegate. Options to "Accept | Decline" are no longer available.
Did a recent update remove the ability to accept or decline a meeting from the message itself in Outlook? The functionality is still available in the calendar but we would like the ability to do this from the actual e-mail. We are still able to do this from OWA.
Additionally, we no longer have the option to see "People I am a delegate for:" under 'Tools > Accounts'

Microsoft Outlook 2016 keeps asking for a password
I have Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2016 through a community college that uses office 365 and I am getting a need password every time I go into outlook 2016 on my primary computer but on my surface 3 and my developer computer it works fine
I have tried the Microsoft office recovery program that is supposed to fix this issue with outlook 2016
I have had these issues before but not as bad because normally the program will fix itself after I use the recovery program
The thing is I have my student email syncing into outlook 2016 through the exchange server through office 365
Any help would be much appreciated

Cannot copy the items error when copying email from inbox to shared mailbox. Works fine when moving.
I have an account, and access to a shared mailbox. When I drag an email from my inbox, to the shared inbox, it works fine. But I want to make a copy instead (keeping the original).
So I drag and hold CTRL, and a + sign shows up in mouse pointer (like in File Explorer). But when I release I get the error:
Makes no sense to me - seems like moving the email should be the problem, not copying it (since move involves copy + delete afterwards).

Outlook Drafts showing date on Print
Whilst Outlook 2010, 2013 or 2016 are in Online Mode, any emails saved in draft show sent date when printed.
When in cached mode, this does not happen.
We would like to make sure when printing these drafts, they do not display a sent date as it can cause confusion.
Can anyone suggest a way to do this or why it insists on having a sent date?

I'm using outlook 2016, I use the pay per month, Do I need to buy a digital certificate, I never had this problem before, Unable to send emails.

Outlook 2010 - unable to edit contact notes, other fields ok
This is a standalone Outlook 2010. No Exchange or anything. Used to work fine. Now for some reason some (most) contacts, when you open them in card or business card view, you cannot edit the notes field. Other fields, no issue.
Some contacts notes can be edited but most cannot. Totally stumped. Nothing different about the ones that are editable and the ones that are not. No contact groups are being used.

Deleted my profile to fix an issue and now outlook claims my folders are up to date, OWA says its wrong
Our company runs an exchange server, and my email on OWA has all my folders and rules I had set up before I removed my profile from my computer to fix an issue I was having with my user folder on our file server(we have redirected profiles). Before deletion I was using Outlook 2016 with no issue.
Outlook loaded my profile with only two emails both from last year around the time I started the job, and it doesn't load any other emails or folders. Every other email account I load up comes up just fine (each of our offices has a shared mailbox, and we have a techsupport one as well). I do not use Cached mode.
This has got me stumped.
I have tried:
Remade the profile, reinstalled office, deleted my ost, turned cached on, tried using scan pst.
Nothing was done differently, because I've reloaded the profile before with no issue when making an image.
Edit: Also when I browse folders under my account Outlook goes really slow, but the techsupport box that is open as well doesn't have an issue. not sure if this is a causation/correlation situation.↧
Outlook 2016 can receive but cannot send
I have Windows 7 64 bit OS with Office 365 installed. I can receive emails but recently have become unable to send them.
I also have installed Windows Live Mail, and that works both ways satisfactorily. Likewise Gmail.
Please will you tell me how to send by means of Outlook 2016?

Outlook search problems
I have Office Home and Business 2016 connected to a 2016 Exchange server that is fully patched.
The issue is search will not show any results in just the Sent folder. Search works in OWA and when the account is not cached, but that is not practical.
Solutions I have tried; Re-indexing many times. Unchecking the OST and\or Outlook for indexing. Deleted the OST and re-created it. Turned Windows search on and off. Disable Outlook indexing. Deleted her profile and re-created it. Uninstalled Office and cleaned all files and registry, then reinstalled always the same issue - search is not working in her Sent folder only. I have this event log message - "Search cannot complete the indexing of your Outlook data. Indexing cannot continue for C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\user@mymail.ost (error=0x80d4081f). If this error continues, contact Microsoft Support."
I have changed the username for privacy. Any suggestions?

Cannot start microsoft outlook. Cannot open the outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened.
I get this error on all 3 Terminal servers when opening outlook 2013 on random users at random times:
The fix is to click ok and then re-open outlook 3-4 times. Then this error goes away and outlook starts normally.
I cannot reproduse this problem. It mostly happends first time a user logs on in the morning. The PST file is locally on the Terminal Server but the archive files are on a file share that is mapped.
What has been tested:
1.I have reinstalled office on all Terminal Servers
2. outlook.exe /resetnavpane
I welcome every answer and will test whatever is needed.

Outlook 2016 Account Settings no longer shows me POP advanced settings
After build 1807 was installed I no longer have access to POP advanced settings. If I open accounts, select an address and select Change, I see a much simpler screen that does not have the server fields or More Settings fields.

Clicking Next just finishes the dialog, is nothing there either (unless I am overlooking something!)
I did some experimenting with VMs and pinned down that it was Build 1807 that did this. Questions:
1) If I have to change mail providers how do I alter the mail server info ? Is there any way to gain access to those fields again in Build 1807 ?
2) If not, how do I uninstall Build 1807 ? Poked around in Programs and Features, updates and did not see Office anywhere

Outlook stop showing email alert, sound and notification
Hello
I have office 365 installed on a computer with Windows 10. Ms Outlook stop showing email alert, sound alert and notification when new email arrives. These options are enable in MS Outlook and in Windows. I reinstalled MS Office and I still experience the issue.
Any help would be appreciated.

Mac Outlook 2016 - Cannot open calendars to see Free/Busy information
Hello,
I'm asking this on behalf of one of our users who pointed out this apparent limitation in Mac Outlook 2016.
On Outlook for Windows, you can display the Calendar view, choose to open another user's calendar, and Outlook will display the Free/Busy information for that user. You don't need access to that user's calendar.
On Outlook 2016 for Mac, you can display the Calendar view. When you choose to open another user's calendar, Outlook complains that you don't have permission to access the calendar. There is no way to see the Free/Busy information for another user without having that user specifically grant permission.
We would like to know whether it is possible to see a calendar view with Free/Busy information on Mac Outlook, without having to request specific permission to do so, matching the behavior of the Windows version of Outlook.

recurring meetings do not show up in the list view
I have a recurring meeting in my outlook calendar. However, the recurring meeting shows up as single item in the Calendar List view instead of showing up as individual item. Is there a way we can see all the individual items of the recurring meeting in the List view?

Outlook PST repair Tool
A pst looks like it needs repairing however the pst file is 5 GB large. Everytime I click ok to fix the pst file after it does the CRC check, it crashed. Is there anyway to reduce the size of the PST file so the repair tool wont crash?

How to convert offline OST file to PST format. Is there any manual method available or I should use a converter to get all data in PST format. I have a large amount of email data in my outlook 2016, So suggest me best option.
